Perdões Plac Co. and Abimo group after some negotiation, have signed the contract for a complete line of manufacturing raw MDF with capacity of 250.000 cubic meters per year and 6 feet width. The line is designed for the high-speed production and includes continuous roll press. The scope of supply also included a flash tube dryer, a fiber sifter, and the resin dosing system and a mat preheating system. Furthermore, Abimo group provided the finishing line with a multi-diagonal saw, a cooling and stacking line as well as an automated high-stack storage system.
